This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit https://www.thecurleyshaunt.com/ (the “Site”), create an account, purchase tickets, submit a contact or volunteer form, or otherwise interact with us online. This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly. We collect information you provide when you interact with the Site, including:
- Account Information: name, email address, password, and username when you create an account.
- Ticket Purchase Information: name, billing address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed by our third-party payment processor — see Section 3) when you buy tickets.
- Contact Form Submissions: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
- Volunteer Applications: name, contact information, age, availability, prior experience, and any other information you choose to include on the application. If you are accepted into the Volunteer Program, we may also collect additional information necessary for onboarding, such as emergency contact details or, where applicable and with separate consent, background check results.
- Communications: information you provide when you contact us by email, phone, or through the Site.
b. Information Collected Automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies, including:

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:
- Service Providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, and analytics, who are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide those services to us.
